The Monitoring and Evaluation Director is
responsible for monitoring and evaluating program objectives and activities

Walter Reed Program-Tanzania located in Mbeya, Tanzania. Under the supervision
of the Deputy Country Director, the incumbent will direct the M&E
department to monitor progress, evaluate effectiveness, and disseminate results
of HIV/AIDS prevent, care and treatment programs. The incumbent will direct the
identification of M&E needs among partners and the development of data
collection systems and the collection, analysis, and appropriate use of program
data. This position will be based in Mbeya, Tanzania.
