THE ROLE:
You will lead the development of Social Justice Programme within the Oxfam's country programme for Tanzania. This will involve building on learning from the existing and prior pragrammes. You will manage a team of 7 staff and work with more than 8 partner organisation, as well as ensuring that effective monitoring evaluation and learning sytems are in place. You will also ensure that the project and other associated initiatives incorporate Gender, HIV and AIDS mainstreaming.
